INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRECAUTIONS TAKEN BY ANTWELL HOTEL AGAINST COVID-19

With this understanding, we have strengthen our supervision and intensified communication in our Hotel since the first days of the Covid-19 epidemic, and have been constantly providing regular information and training opportunities to all our employees by following international publications and the rules set by the Ministry of Health.
In order to make our hotel a safer and healthier place for our guests and employees, in addition to the statutory measures and changes required, we also implemented many additional Covid-19 hygiene steps on our own initiative.
STATUTORY PROCEDURES, EXTERNAL AUDIT, AND REGULAR CONTROLS
Our hotel managers ensure that all necessary measures are implemented and supervised in an up-to-date manner by constantly following the official instructions and recommendations published by the World Health Organization, TR Ministry of Health, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the opinions of the relevant official organs and experts.
The newly created Safe Hotel Program Inspection was also added to the independent audits performed at our Hotel including Hygienic Room Inspection, Hygienic Spa & Fitness Inspection, Legionella and Water Safety programs, which are always carried out unannounced at regular intervals by our contracted internationally-accredited hygiene institution, in accordance with the relevant quality standards and statutory requirements.
OUR PRACTICES WITH OUR EMPLOYEES
*Health checks of all our employees are carried out regularly within the framework of official rules.
*We regularly check HES Codes (code for healthy and safe travel) of all our employees.
* The rules and recommendations of all official organs, especially the Ministry of Health, regarding Covid-19 have been added to our hygiene training programs that we are currently implementing.
*According to the protocols of the Ministry of Health and relevant official authorities, all our employees use masks and related protective equipment.
* A sufficient number of disinfection units provided in the staff common areas, and these areas were rearranged according to the social distancing rules.
MEASURES TAKEN WHEN OUR GUESTS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT THE HOTEL
*The protocols specified by the TR Ministry of Health are applied to our guests at the time of their stay in our hotel; and necessary precautions are taken for promptly directing anyone showing the relevant symptoms to the health institutions.
*Our guests are requested to personally park their vehicles upon arrival at our Hotel according to the directions of our authorized staff.
*Social distancing measures are taken to avoid any congestion during the check-in and check-out procedures, and the physical conditions are rearranged accordingly.
*At check-in, our guests are asked to fill in a form containing the questions requested by TR Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and written information about the measures and practices implemented at the hotel is provided.
*All devices and materials used by our guests in their check-in and check-out processes are disinfected after each use.
*At the time of check in, the suitcases are safely delivered in front of the room doors of our guests within the framework of the necessary hygiene rules. When checking out from the hotel, the suitcases are taken from the room door and delivered to the transportation vehicles of our guests.
MEASURES TAKEN IN GENERAL AREAS
*We cooperate with an internationally-renowned chemical cleaning agents company in all our Hotels. With the detailed trainings provided to all our staff at regular intervals by this company, the correct cleaning processes are carried out and appropriate cleaning agents are used for each particular area.
*The seating arrangements were made in all public areas according to social distancing rules. A sufficient number of photocell hand sanitizer dispensers were placed at the entrances of all general areas.
*After the routine cleaning of the common areas, which we take great care of in spotless cleaning as always, the disinfection is made with a tailored disinfection application.
*Capacity usage of our elevators was limited to take on a pre-determined maximum number of people at the same time, and necessary markings were made for direction.
*The playgrounds and activity areas in the indoor areas of our hotel serve within the framework of the pre-determined protocol.
MEASURES TAKEN IN GUEST ROOMS
*Maximum hygiene is ensured in all guest rooms by final disinfection in addition to the cleaning already made according to optimum hygiene standards.
*The maids employed for room cleaning use new gloves, masks, and cleaning cloths for cleaning each room, and change their personal hygiene equipment before moving on to the next room for cleaning.
*The filters of the regularly maintained air conditioners are disinfected.
*Materials and equipment to be used by the guests in the room are also disinfected before each use, apart from general cleaning.
*Our rooms are ventilated for a minimum of 1 hour after cleaning and are subjected to routine ozonation.
*All textile products such as sheets, towels, etc. are washed at a high temperature.
MEASURES TAKEN IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES
*New seating arrangement in the restaurants was made to comply with the social distancing rules, and the necessary markings were made.
*In cases where it is necessary to reduce congestion, the service hours are divided into time zones according to the requirements of the guest.
*Tables and chairs are disinfected after use by each guest.
*Single-use salt, pepper, toothpick, sugar varieties, and sauces are provided.
*Silverware (forks, knives, and spoons) are washed with detergents at the required temperature and specially packed for each guest.
*The open buffet service in our hotel was rearranged to comply with the necessary hygiene and Social distancing rules, and the meals are served by the hotel staff.
*Menus are offered to our guests with the QR Code.
MEASURES TAKEN IN SPA, SWIMMING AREAS (NO SERVICE CURRENTLY)
*Seating groups and sunbeds in all areas are arranged according to social distancing requirements.
*Sunbeds are regularly disinfected during the day and are kept ready for use in a sterile condition.
*We always attach great importance to and continue ensuring that the disinfectant dosages used in the pools are at legal standards.
*The areas in Wellness-Spa centers of our hotel will continue to serve with certain capacities by taking all necessary precautions for the protection of health of all our guests. Our guests are asked to wear masks during their massage and beauty care sessions.
ISOLATION PROTOCOL
*In accordance with the criteria of TR Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Safe Tourism Certificate, any guest identified with an illness, symptomatic, or suspected to carry any disease during his/her stay in our hotel, is allowed to continue to stay in the isolation room of our Hotel, provided that they accept the conditions stated below.
*If for any reason, a guest and/or a family member or a person sharing the same room with the guest is/are diagnosed with Covid-19 during the stay, these persons will accept to stay in the isolation room designated by the hotel, will not go out of the room, and not accept visitors from outside.
*The individuals who are from the same family or sharing the same room with the guest diagnosed with Covid-19 will also spend their stay in the isolation rooms, and if any, their parents/guardians will spend their stay in the isolation rooms and will be responsible not to leave the isolation rooms.
*Food and beverage service and room cleaning service will be provided to guests diagnosed with Covid-19 and/or to the individuals from the same family or sharing the same room, during the period specified and in accordance with the terms of the accommodation contract, without leaving the isolation rooms.
*In case of being taken to the isolation room due to the diagnosis of Covid-19, the term of the accommodation contract concluded with the guest may be extended; the isolation rooms to be provided in addition to the accommodation in compliance with the contract terms will be subject to additional charges.
